SPEAKER_00

Not the hero we want, but the hero we need on this week's bonus segment for implicit bias radio. I'm your host, Kabon Bordelon. We got a great crew here in the Mr. Lester's TSPL, Caleb Morse, Lee Ritter, Mike Trammell, mostly OG crew. And I mean, Ritter's on he's close.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, I wasn't in the first couple shows, but we were involved from the talks like weeks after you said I'm gonna do this. Yeah, you know, with between the two of you, but I didn't get on the show. I I don't consider myself an OG. Burley's an OG, Trammell's an OG, I don't Grant's an OG. I don't consider myself an OG. I consider myself first initiate class.

SPEAKER_03

You know, fair. When you say OG, it makes me think, Trammel, where's your gray hair?

SPEAKER_01

I don't know how much hair left. That's what I was about to say. He's got hat backwards to protect what's falling on the back.

SPEAKER_03

I look at the three of us and I'm like, yeah, yeah, there's stress there, there's this there. Walker is nowhere near this.

SPEAKER_01

Walker's just got one ear, one ear budget bang, and he's like, this is Walker. Yeah, we were there. Yo, yo, yo, we got a we were there once.

SPEAKER_03

I look at Tram on I'm like, his beard doesn't have gray.

SPEAKER_01

A little bit. No, you don't. You don't even have enough beard. You don't have enough beard. I never was able to grow.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, he's got a beard. Sarah's wonderful. Anyway. That was too easy. Sorry. Okay, so let's go back to the hero that we need and maybe the hero that we want.

SPEAKER_01

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

So a nurse in the Northeast has been fined what, $400,000? No, no, no, no. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Was it $400? No. No, it was supposed to be $4,000, but the reality is it was four, it was $450.

SPEAKER_01

No, no, she made a she made a million shots.

SPEAKER_00

She made $1.5. She got fined four and four and a half. Well, I read it was $454.

SPEAKER_01

No, no, that was an error.

SPEAKER_00

That was an error if you were in the five years. Oh, that had to be an error.

SPEAKER_01

Uh we laughed about that this morning over coffee. I was like, oh, Shilly, she made like a million five.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, plus so here's what she made her money doing. Let me do that real quick.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, good.

SPEAKER_00

She made her money selling fake COVID vaccination cards. So she would say, Oh, this person got vaccinated. She would dispose of the vaccine and would produce a card that says Vinny box of toothpicks got his COVID vaccine, and here's his card. She's a hero. She is a hero. She made $1.5 million doing it. She deserves every penny.

SPEAKER_01

And more. Yes. I hope she's making interest on SpaceX.

SPEAKER_03

Hopefully she is. Well, here's what gets me, right? Vaccine cards aren't a regulated item. It goes into your medical records just like anything else. HIPAA protected. Yeah, there's not a federal regulation. There's not a serial number on it. The card, look, for those of y'all that want to do bad shit, uh, the card I have that allows me to walk through a metal detector because I'm gonna set it off because of other things in my body. It's there's no regulation on that. There's no serial number on that. You can forge that with a crayon. Well, here's the same with COVID vaccine cards, right? If someone's too stupid to dig into it, they're too stupid to dig into it. Good on her for selling stuff in a time whenever real Americans need it. So here's my question: What law did she break? Not a damn one. She didn't she didn't get incentivized money from it. People wanted a vaccine. They were like, look, I'll take the card, dump it in the trash.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, good works for me. Okay, I I see where you're going. Where you're going is she certified, so they probably hit her with fraud, saying that she certified administration of a vaccine as opposed to certified sale of a vaccine.

SPEAKER_03

She administered it. She administered it straight to the crash can.

SPEAKER_01

Or was it forgery of a federal document? It's not a federal document. Is the court? I'm just asking. It's not. It's not a federal, even though it has no serialized number, is it a federal document? If they are getting Because if you fill out a form for IRS, a bank account, anything that's federally backed FDIC, anything like that, is that a federal document?

SPEAKER_03

So her charge. Just asking. What I'm reading, her main charge is creating fraudulent medical records because she put in their medical records that they were administered the vaccine.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, so that that's where it is.

SPEAKER_00

You gotta use a microphone there. You need to use that. I'm sorry. That's the fraudulent.

SPEAKER_01

I'm trying to give Tramwell a minute, and he's over here just getting non-gray haired chin. But that's the problem, is that's the federal charge.

SPEAKER_03

Well, but here's the document. Here's the other issue, right? Like I've gone and gotten vaccines at places before when I when I had to get them, because of course Sam, I had to, said I had to. I've gone in. They fill out that card before they shoot me with a needle.

SPEAKER_00

Here's my next question. Who's the piss ant bastard who ratted her out and said I didn't get it in my arm? Because the only way to really prove it, because they can't have a camera in the room.

SPEAKER_01

Right. HIPAA. It's HIPAA protection. Right, it's HIPAA protective. So they waived a HIPAA protection. Somebody ratted her out somebody who wanted a refund. Yeah, so here's the thing. She made 1.5, she's paying $500,000. She's still up a mil. Good for her. Yeah, absolutely.

SPEAKER_00

She should be up 2.5.

SPEAKER_02

When you say that she updated the medical records, how did she do that? Or she just made the card.

SPEAKER_00

No, no, you have to do that.

SPEAKER_03

Well, the card, the card is official medical record. Now like in the state of Louisiana, you have your physical record and a digital record. The state has access to your digital record. So if that if this happened here and not New York, if she never updated the digital record, she never updated your medical record. Does that make sense?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I could see what she was doing was very valuable because a lot of people needed that. Like especially in the Northeast and those areas where they had to have proof that they to keep their jobs and keep employment.

SPEAKER_01

They needed stuff like that. When's the last time you've been to the doctor? Haven't you seen them code while you're talking? They used to fill out paper.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, they bring in a full laptop. That's what I'm asking.

SPEAKER_01

When's the last time you pay attention? They're coding everything. That's a medical document. They're coding. They're not writing on the flip chart.

SPEAKER_03

I should sue my doctor because I went the other day for an EKG and ultrasound and sort of stuff. My heart, and they put that I'm obese.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, by BMI standards, I mean, yeah, but I am almost morbidly. I'm morbid, me.

SPEAKER_01

I'm you know, so sorry.

SPEAKER_03

So I mean, maybe they falsified my documents then. Maybe I have a case.

SPEAKER_01

You should you should sue for half a million.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Or 1.5 just to hope that you get the half. Yeah. Because I'm sure they would settle. Yeah, they'd settle at some point. Which, by the way, um, very, very fun conversation because we were talking about on last week's show, or maybe it was two weeks ago now, how the Mike Lindell lawsuit had gone away. And we actually That's a pillow guy? Yeah, the my pillow guy. We had a comment from a listener, and I'm gonna give the listener credit because the listener said, Oh, you didn't talk about the fact that I I think what the listener said was, don't believe me, sure, I won't, because they were bought and turned into liberty voting and liberty voting didn't want to continue. Technically, that is correct. Here's the problem because the allegation in the comment was this, and I thought it was so much fun. Because you know, if you want to quash the lawsuit and you want to keep people from doing it, the best way to do it is to buy the company and go away with it. So, yeah, you fucking moron. Somebody spent $40 billion to get rid of a $1 billion lawsuit. That's no, if they really wanted to get rid of it, all they would do is settle it up. If they were his friend, they'd give Lindell the money and just say, let it go, settle it, and be done.

SPEAKER_01

But but that's exactly it. It's government math. We're gonna overspend to make it go away. Correct. You know, that's leftist math. Let's let's take a quick little divergent. We talked about this a minute ago. Let's make sure that your followers know how to follow you on only drams. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Implicit bias radio.

SPEAKER_01

Implicit bias radio. With an F? F-A-N?

SPEAKER_00

No. No, fan.

SPEAKER_01

That was good. That was true. Trust me. No, unless I start. And if you phone a file, follow um Caleb, he's in implicit. Implicit Morse. Yep. Yep. Okay, so make sure you follow those two so you can see their bars and how much they drink quite often. Because he's always talking about how much he does and doesn't have, and it's probably empty even though the bottles are there.

SPEAKER_03

Well, it's crazy is when you look at mine, it's like you had this bottle last week, now from here ago on.

SPEAKER_01

And then you can see Kavon when he's doing his live videos in his hits, you can see his whole bar. And then I have one as Lee Ritter 15, and you'll see how absurd that Kavon's always mentioning what I'll have. So it's oh, please. Yeah. Yeah, it is absurd. And maybe one day, because I'm working on the main case. Be careful on that, tell your wife. We could she knows. She knows, and she's very like just a disappointed parent. She's like, I can't believe you've done that. And she just nods. But maybe one day we'll have a uh a quick video or something up there at some point. But yeah, be sure you follow the other.

SPEAKER_03

I'm looking at your bar right now. You have a black label Japanese release. I do. I have maybe one or two. Or two.

SPEAKER_01

I mean or three. I'm I or it's not up to date right now.

SPEAKER_00
